Kit Kat gave an excellent beginner class. She was very thorough and her background along with her experience really provided an excellent class. I’d definitely take her class again and I was also very full because we made so much sushi! Great times and I can’t wait for future events!

Very informative, very kind teacher, very well knowledged and experienced and at a very fun and inviting brewery. I appreciated how willing the instructor was to help everyone as well as willing to answer questions and on top of that, we got to eat and the instructor even gave out recipe pdf's. I definitely want to take another class when I can. I highly recommend it!

The teacher was passionate about sushi Ave patient. I enjoyed the class. The tables were a bit tight for everyone to work on.

Enjoyed the class with Kit Kat and her sharing her experiences! She was prepared and very helpful. She answered many questions the students had. The class was very full. More table space would have been helpful but it was very doable. On our particular night it was a bit warm in the area she was having her class. It was during an unusual heat wave.

Chef Kitkat was awesome. She was very hands on, and made the class a lot of fun. Everyone in the class enjoyed it. Her little tips/tricks to get our sushi rolls just right were great.

The class was very fun. The chef allowed us plenty of time to make and enjoy the food we made. Despite her experience, the instructor was humble and so kind. She gave all students 1 to 1 time to answer any and all questions. I enjoyed myself so much. I highly recommend it.
