The food was great and it was a fun session. We have a few ideas to consider for future sessions. 1) Potentially have all the tables face each other in a circle (including yours!). 2) Consider using an angled mirror like they do at trade shows or state fairs to make it easy to see what you're doing. 3) Use stronger silverware (the forks broker very easily) and put it all together in the same place (the knives were on a separate table from the forks). We really appreciated you had a place for us to come to rather than coming to our place since we were traveling! Good luck on future sessions!

This was a fantastic and fun experience! Chef Blessed explained everything about making pasta and ravioli super clearly, and we were able to make different shapes and use a few different fillings. The ravioli and sauce were delicious, and she even had a tasty salad and whipped up some fresh garlic bread! Highly recommend!

It was a fun class with good vibes! Experience would be more complete if we could brown the butter ourselves with our own cooking station. Chef blessed was knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely try a different class next time!
