Chef Bryan is originally from Seattle, WA, but has lived the majority of his life in Atlanta, GA. He fell into sushi making by first working at RA Sushi in Midtown Atlanta as a host/food runner. He was offered to learn the craft by Chef David Lam, in 2014, and has been diligently working his craft ever since. He has spent years learning, perfecting his craft, and even ventured out to create his own private sushi catering business, known as “My Ninja”, which he started in 2017. He is very passionate about the art of sushi making, loves to utilize his big personality to entertain guests, and enjoys teaching people how to become sushi chefs at home.
