
Chef Elissa is a Johnson & Wales Graduate with 12 years in professional kitchens. Chef studied in Sorrento, Italy while completing her Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, and fell in love with the art of pasta. A large part of her career has involved studying food/pastry traditions and cultures. She loves bringing classic traditions and techniques to modern day kitchens. She will teach you not only how to make the dough and shapes, but how to properly cook it to share with your loved ones.
