Chef Hiroki is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also patient, kind, and attentive—he made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident as we learned. The ingredients were fresh and high quality, and it truly showed in the taste. We each walked away with new skills, full bellies, and big smiles. My friends couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had and are already asking when we can come back for another class. If you’re looking for a hands-on, enjoyable, and unforgettable culinary experience, I can’t recommend this class enough! 🍣✨

Had a wonderful time and the instructions were spot on! Learning the basics on the practice roll to the final roll, wow what a transformation to the perfect roll!
