The chef and Kat was awesome!! We had a blast.

The brief moments spent with Chef Susan were amazing! In addition to being a fantastic chef, she is an excellent teacher. I learned a lot and will definitely utilize the recipes and techniques learned in the class. Thoughts and opportunities to enhance the experience: Class started quite a bit late due to some stragglers. The extra time spent waiting for the late arrivals could have been spent with introductions of the classmates. Something simple to break the ice (Name, hometown, favorite food, why are you taking this class). Printed table recipes were not as precise and specific as I would have liked. We ended up using too much of a particular ingredient in a dish, only to learn the same ingredient was needed in another dish. (Basil, and Garlic). My group ended up requesting additional ingredients for this reason - no harm, no foul. When it was time to go to the range to cook, it was very crowded, basically allowing one person from the group to actually cook. I made our team members rotate so everyone could experience cooking the meatballs and pasta. This evening event is probably better suited for couples. I Truly Enjoyed!

We had a wonderful time! I learned some new tips and some great recipes. Definitely will be back!

Wonderful class with wonderful chefs! The food was fantastic as were the people. Loved the format! Will definitely be doing again!!!

My date and I gave this a try for date night. We had a blast! Chief Susan and Kat are so awesome, knowledgeable and a joy to cook with! I would definitely recommend this event!
