Chef Tim has 20 plus years of experience as a chef. He chose this profession intuitively for the artistry and creative aspects he finds in exploring new flavor combinations and in turn, making it look beautiful and delicious for one to enjoy. His kitchen career has ranged from soup kitchens, local grills, member clubs and fine dining.He has a general knowledge of all cuisine but excels at seafood, Asian fusion and French. He and his wife, Amber, and his two beautiful girls, Elizabeth and Catherine, love spending time at Braves games, hiking up stone mountain and camping. If there’s a special festival or event going on be sure they’ll be there.

Had a great time. The food was delicious and the instructor was friendly and helpful. It was also a great intro to sushi making and gave me confidence to continue making it in the future. Would definitely go to another event. It was a wonderful date night experience!

This was one of the most inspiring classes ever! My husband and I have never taken a class like this before. It was a surprise to my husband and he was enormously surprised that there was even such a class as sushi making. If you are a couple in any
shape form or fashion, I encourage you to schedule this sushi making class, Chef Eric, is simply the best!!! He is an awesome people person type of instructor and a great teacher, very inspiring.
