Chef Faith hails originally from Karnes City, TX just south of San Antonio. She began studying education at Texas State University before switching gears and baking here in Austin at Auguste Escoffier Culinary School of Culinary Arts. She has been in the industry for the last 5 years working in a high volume bakery and is a decorator and lead for her bakery in the daytime.

This was a lot of fun! Chef Faith was very friendly and gave clear instructions. She made eclairs much less intimidating, I could probably try them on my own now. The eclairs turned out yummy and we had a great time.

Chef Faith was excellent. She and her sous chef delivered clear instructions. Checked in with each group individually to give catered instructions and gave us lots of time to break and chat in between steps. She also made cheese and jalapeño puffs to try when we came back from break to give us additional ideas of how to use what we were learning. Would 100% take another class with Chef Faith.
