The instructor was very good at explaining all the details needed to get the best sushi. We look forward to receiving the recipes that he promised. Karol

Does chef/instructor was very kind, good humor, patient and showed us clearly how to do things while he was explaining it. We enjoyed the techniques he taught us and the hands-on correction when needed. We know we need practice but feel much, much more confident in making sushi at home. Also appreciated the recommendations and talk about products and how to choose fresh salmon, etc. I’d recommend this class to anyone who would like to learn how to make sushi.

It exceeds my expectations. Reluctant to go at first. May be, because the Chef is not good or the location is bad or the group is boring. However, everything is great! Except for the avocado that’s freckled. Looked good outside but when we opened it, with few dark parts. Even at home, we had this uncertainty with avocados. It still tasted good. Cocusocial experience remains great. Nice to have it! Thanks.

It was an overall good experience, but the rice was a little undercooked. I like how you reassured us that we were on the right track and how you involved yourself in helping us roll the sushi. You were a very helpful and encouraging teacher.
