This was a great class! Chef Hideki was clear, thoughtful, informative and very well prepared. We made three different kinds of dumplings with very clear instructions and information about how and where to locate the ingredients on our own. We sliced, we diced, we filled, folded and cooked. Then we ate! Great fun, lots of other interesting folks in class—everything clean, safe, organized and DELICIOUS! Recommend!

Very engaging, beginner-friendly class

Chef Hidaki was fantastic! He was super patient, answered every question, and made sure everyone nailed each step while making three different rolls (one vegetarian). You get a ton of food to eat, so bring a tupperware container for leftovers!

Class was a great experience, my class had friendly people, and the class was organized and easy to follow would definite recommend to someone else or take another class!

I liked that Chef Hideki was kind and friendly. He was also very knowledgeable and well prepared for class. Everything was organized for each student, which made it smooth going for a cooking class. To top it off, the food was very delicious!

Great class! Easy to understand and I learned a lot about making dumplings from different regions. :)
