Chef Andre immediately made us feel welcomed as we entered his kitchen. He explained every step of the process, not only how to do it, but the reason behind using the ingredients he chose. Never once. did he make us feel incompetent and encouraged us every step of the way. He had a great personality, and we had lots of fun. I would highly recommend anyone attending his classes.

Chef Andre is the best! What a nice guy. And who knew that pasta was relatively easy to make--with the right teacher, at least. Food was delicious, and drinks and bartenders were great. Everything was a great experience overall. Please send the recipes from the session!

Chef was friendly! It was fun. The only changes I would suggest is to let everyone have a separate bowl and dough etc. Sharing and watching your partner is not fun. I would have liked to do the measuring for the dough...I know the Chef was pushed for time, but I still had a great time. Chef was awesome...

We loved Chef André and the pasta, but not really the venue. We didn’t like having to stand the entire time including when eating. We’d love to do it again if there is a way to sit to eat.
