Partnered with the African American Museum in Boston, Chef Kendall strives to educate not only on techniques of the cuisine, but also the gastronomy behind it all. It was amazing. Chef Calvin and Eddie were great host, Both were attentive and friendly making for a relaxing atmosphere. I’d highly recommend this experience to everyone.

Wonderful experience. I love the personal touch and being inside the professional kitchen. Even in covid times, it felt very safe. The kitchen and dining area were extremely clean. Kendall was very professional and spoke to us in easy-to-understand manner. He is very friendly and gave everyone full and individual attention

Amazing! Chef Kendall was the perfect instructor. He created a judgment free atmosphere to learn for someone who might be intimidated by cooking but was also hands off enough to cater to someone with more experience. He included tons of great tips throughout his instruction. The end result was delicious! Excited to take more classes with him.

What an amazing time was had by all. I loved how chef Kendall was hands on yet didn’t feel like he was over crowding you and let you season your food the way that was best for you. He taught us well and made sure everyone was comfortable. I liked how he gave us some knowledge of the food and even taught us some kitchen lingo. I would defiantly sign up for a class with him again.
