Her love of technique led her to earn a degree in baking and build a career spanning a wide range of bakeries, while always making time to bake for the people she loves. She especially enjoys the precision and craft behind breads and desserts and finds joy in sharing tips, techniques, and practical knowledge with fellow baking enthusiasts.

Alyssa was wonderful! Fun, personable, informative! The class was well structured - perfect amount of people, great set up, fun atmosphere and the food was delicious. I walked away feeling like I could actually recreate the items in my own kitchen.
Would love to take a pastry class from Alyssa! Hope that comes soon!!

Chef Alyssa did a wonderful job explaining every step and including all members of each group. She was energetic and informative.
