Chef Alyssa is passionate about all things baking and pastry. Her love of technique led her to earn a degree in baking and build a career spanning a wide range of bakeries, while always making time to bake for the people she loves. She especially enjoys the precision and craft behind breads and desserts and finds joy in sharing tips, techniques, and practical knowledge with fellow baking enthusiasts.

We had such a great time at Chef Alyssa's dumpling class! From the moment we arrived, everything felt organized and welcoming. Having the veggies already chopped and the sauces already prepared ahead of time was such a nice touch because it allowed us to spend more of the class actually learning, cooking and enjoying the experience rather than getting caught up in the prep work.
Chef Alyssa, truly made the night! She was incredible personable, engaging and fun. She also cultivated an atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable having fun and asking questions. It felt much more like cooking alongside someone who genuinely loves what they do than simply following along with a class. We left with a full stomach, new skills, new friends, and a really fun memory. It was the perfect balance of learning something new without taking itself too seriously. I would 100% recommend the dumpling class to anyone looking for a fun date night, an activity with friends, or just an excuse to eat some really good dumplings. We will definitely be back for another class soon!!!

Alyssa was wonderful! Fun, personable, informative! The class was well structured - perfect amount of people, great set up, fun atmosphere and the food was delicious. I walked away feeling like I could actually recreate the items in my own kitchen.
Would love to take a pastry class from Alyssa! Hope that comes soon!!

Chef Alyssa did a wonderful job explaining every step and including all members of each group. She was energetic and informative.
