Chef Brittany was fantastic! The class was perfect for all cooking experience levels, and it kept the group engaged the entire time. Chef Brittany created the perfect balance of a comfortable and fun atmosphere that everyone really enjoyed. It was a great event for a team building activity!

We had fun hanging out and learning how to make ravioli. I did feel that another chef/assistant would have been extremely helpful as the chef would show one person and then that person would then show others, so I didn’t actually learn from the chef themselves. Either that or have smaller class sizes so that the chef isn’t stretched thin on time available to spend with each customer.

The Sushi class was great! Brittany did a great job of not only guiding us through how to make sushi but also did a really good job of facilitating the social aspect of the class with the ice breaker and the overall conversation throughout.
