I received admission for two as a Christmas gift. I didn't know what to expect but it turned out to be educational, delicious, and fun! We were a group of 20 or so people of different ages, some singles, some couples, most inexperienced bakers. Everyone was very friendly, there was a real sense of community and sharing of information. The chef/instructor, Dana was great! She really knows what she is doing. I also appreciated that there was a parking lot adjacent to the building. I am anxious to hear about more cooking classes in the future. I would definitely go back!

We really enjoyed the class with Chef Dana! In particular, she made something as difficult as making macarons very approachable for people with little baking experience. I also appreciated her let us know who why certain things were done or avoid to give us more insight on the science of baking. Hope to come back to more cocusocial classes soon!

Chef Dana was an absolutely fantastic teacher! She thoroughly explained every step of the macaron-making process and paired her explanations with clear, detailed demonstrations. This made it easy to follow along and understand the techniques involved. There were moments during the class when things felt a bit idle, and the pace could have moved along faster. As a result, we went longer than the scheduled time. I don’t attribute this to Dana herself but rather to the overall flow and dynamic of the session. Despite that, I walked away with a clear and confident understanding of how to make French macarons, thanks to Dana’s expertise and teaching style. It was a valuable and enjoyable experience!

Chef Dana was amazing! She was very thorough in her explanation of the steps making the macaroons. She was also very patient as many people ask her questions With a class that had about 22 people. I would definitely recommend this to any of my friends and family that love to bake

I had a lovely time doing this class! Chef Dana was incredible, and I felt confidently that I could make macarons at home. It was very fun, and I’d take the class again in a heartbeat!
