After attending culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago, he became Executive Chef at a prominent River North restaurant before reaching 30. Since 2010, he has conducted dozens of cooking classes and demos both as a professional and private Chef.

This class was informative and fun. Dillion gave us everything we needed to feel comfortable making sushi. And to top it off, we got to eat our creations. I highly recommend this class!
