Chef Houman has an exceptional record of service and international experience at noted establishments such as Corporate chef for IPIC Gold Entertainments, Ritz Carlton Company,
Vail Resorts and Spa, and Schoenborn Hotel in Vienna. He brings more than 35 years of
expertise in all aspects of culinary arts and hospitality for Five Star/Five Diamond Hotels,
Michelin-starred restaurants, and world-class resorts. After opening over a dozen restaurants
for the Ritz Carlton in cities such as Barcelona, Shanghai, Singapore, Dubai, and Osaka, two of
those restaurants now have Two Michelin Stars. Chef Houman has supervised large staffs of over 100 people and multi-million-dollar food and beverage budgets. Many of San Francisco top
chefs developed their careers under Chef Houman, when he was the Culinary Director of the
Ritz Carlton Hotels. In December 2015, Chef Houman competed against Iron Chef Bobby Flay on the Food Network, and has also been featured on Rachael Ray, Discovery Network, and NBC’s.
