I’ve had a passion for food my entire life, but my culinary career began in the United States Marine Corps where I carried a copy of Secrets of Baking with me everywhere from the ship in the Mediterranean Sea to the sandy deserts of Iraq. When my military career ended, I enrolled in culinary school where I graduated with a degree in Pastry Arts. I then entered the tough world that is the culinary field and worked in various bakeries, restaurants, and catering companies.
I put my heart into everything and today I enjoy sharing my ideas and recipes that
are filled with love!
