Michael is extremely helpful and very passionate about pastries - I could not recommend this class enough to anyone who enjoys desserts! It was fun and informative, and he made the class easy to understand. I feel confident that everyone walked out of the class understanding how to make macaroons at home, and he also shared his recipe. 10/10 would go again!
