Chef Rachel was warm, funny, and a great instructor. We had a great time and the location at La Cosecha was great. Being able to get some snacks and wine made date night even better.

We had such a great time! Chef Rachael was amazing — her upbeat energy kept everyone engaged and having a great time. One thing we didn’t realize, though; the class charges per ticket, but each pair shares the experience of making one pasta dish together instead of each person making their own. Just something to keep in mind if you go! Still, highly recommended, and looking forward to going again to some of their other classes.

We did the ravioli making class in May and the tacos tonight and both have been amazing but the amount of food you get with the tacos was so much more! The handmade corn tortillas were sooooo good! And the homemade salsa, DELICIOUS. Never buying store bought of either again. Can’t wait to make this recipe again and again. Thank you, Chef Rachel!

Rachel was great - took charge and gave explicit instructions. Pasta came out very good even tho we struggled a bit with the first roll thru the press. Class was a little stressful - maybe that’s to be expected with a lot of first time pasta makers and limited time to learn. Cooking the pasta and saucing it was a little difficult due to reaching over burners and limited number of burners. But overall, we really enjoyed the class and the product was great.
