She has also honed her craft in fine dining restaurants and prestigious hotels. Her favorite cuisines to cook and share are Italian, Mexican, and French. It was a delightful and tasty evening that was well organized and well presented. We were given clear instructions by Chef Rachel without feeling rushed. All the ingredients were explained and ready for us to put together. Cutting the pasta was a bit slow, but it was a great learning experience from start to finish. I would recommend a smaller portion of the pasta since neither of us could finish and it wasn't possible for us to take it home. Otherwise, it was one of our favorite "experience" Christmas gifts of 2025.

It was a great class. Chef Rachel explained each step clearly and also came around to assist if needed. We each ended up making a large dish of homemade pasta .The leftovers today were even better since the vodka sauce soaked in to the noodles.
