Chef Troy is a seasoned culinary professional with over 30 years of experience in management, teaching, and training. Formally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, he has built a career dedicated to both culinary excellence and education. He currently serves as the Culinary Coordinator for C-CAP, overseeing programs in Washington, D.C., Prince George’s County, Baltimore City, Miami, and the Houston Public School District. In addition, he is the Executive Chef at Grace’s Event Center in Waldorf, where he continues to bring his passion for food and mentorship to the forefront.

Chef Troy was knowledgeable and taught really good technique. Wish the space was more equipped for a cooking class (was not in a kitchen space), but the Chef still made the most of it and worked with what he had to still teach us how to make the pasta! And we got to take home left overs :)

What an absolutely wonderful experience. Chef Troy's passion for pasta-making was evident in every step, from patiently guiding us through the dough to sharing thoughtful tips and stories along the way. He created such a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere that made everyone feel comfortable, no matter their skill level. You could truly feel the care and pride he put into both the craft and the teaching. The pasta was delicious, but even more memorable was the joy of learning from someone who genuinely loves what they do. My party absolutely enjoyed the experience.
