Chef Troy is a seasoned culinary professional with over 30 years of experience in management, teaching, and training. Formally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, he has built a career dedicated to both culinary excellence and education. He currently serves as the Culinary Coordinator for C-CAP, overseeing programs in Washington, D.C., Prince George’s County, Baltimore City, Miami, and the Houston Public School District. In addition, he is the Executive Chef at Grace’s Event Center in Waldorf, where he continues to bring his passion for food and mentorship to the forefront.

My friend and I loved our first class together! We learned some great tips we can't wait to try at home, like the trick to make a pan non-stick, cooking fish skin-side up, and that unique ketchup blend. Being able to bring our wine glasses made the experience even better!

I took the dumpling class on Tuesday and absolutely loved it. The class was fun, dynamic, and very well taught. It’s run by Chef Troy and her wife, and they make the whole experience feel welcoming and enjoyable. You also get to meet great people and can even enjoy a glass of wine from the market during the class. I would 100% take it again!
