Chef Troy is a seasoned culinary professional with over 30 years of experience in management, teaching, and training. Formally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, he has built a career dedicated to both culinary excellence and education. He currently serves as the Culinary Coordinator for C-CAP, overseeing programs in Washington, D.C., Prince George’s County, Baltimore City, Miami, and the Houston Public School District. In addition, he is the Executive Chef at Grace’s Event Center in Waldorf, where he continues to bring his passion for food and mentorship to the forefront.

Wonderful pasta making class! The allotted time was perfect for learning how to make several types of pasta. Out teacher, Chef Troy, was thoughtful, attentive and kind. Class size is great. Would recommend to anyone who has never made pasta before and wants to learn how easy it is!

My husband and I greatly enjoyed the class that Chef Troy put together. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and his energy is infectious! If I had to be critical, the number of people in the class somewhat took away from the experience. We clearly stretched Chef Troy thin. Tables having to share tools made him run around even more, and had us waiting around sometimes to make certain types of pasta. All in all, I would still highly recommend this experience to others! I would also recommend that Chef Troy buys enough supplies for every pair to have everything they need, for their sake and his own.
