Chef Jennifer has been cooking professionally in DFW for the last ten years, spending time working in contemporary American fare, Italian, and Japanese cuisine. She is a past graduate of The Culinary School of Fort Worth and a current student in the Nutrition and Food Sciences College at Texas Woman’s University. She left full-time work in restaurants two years ago to work privately as a chef, in addition to teaching culinary classes, and working in culinary writing and recipe development.
