Chef Juliard is also known for reshaping menus and elevating standards, earning recognition and accolades throughout their career. Their deep knowledge of global flavors, combined with a dedication to the artistry of cooking, continues to inspire and delight diners.

Chef Juliard enjoys spending time with his family of two young sons Eli and Flynn and is wife Michelle who is a long time teacher for RISD. He is originally from Los Angeles but calls Texas his home for over 30 years.

The recipe was delicious and Chef walked us through with easy follow instructions. He was patient and quickly realized when a guest needed some extra help. Everything was so organized that the time was productive from start to tasty finish. And it was fun working with new friends. The set up created a convivial situation for folks to get to visit and enjoy spending time together
