Their deep knowledge of global flavors, combined with a dedication to the artistry of cooking, continues to inspire and delight diners.

Chef Juliard enjoys spending time with his family of two young sons Eli and Flynn and is wife Michelle who is a long time teacher for RISD. He is originally from Los Angeles but calls Texas his home for over 30 years.

He's such a wonderful teacher. Made time for everyone and was able to do the absolute best to give every group one on one time to help understand certain parts. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. If he taught different classes I would join them!
