Very fun experience! I do have some suggestions: given the large number of attendees, there should be 1 more instructor/assistant so waiting time is not so long. Also, more table for prep, more pasta making machines, etc. It would have been nice to have a small salad prior to pasta dinner. That would also help with the downtime while waiting on dough to soften, waiting on past making machine, etc

Class was excellent! It was informative, and fun! We had a full class, everyone was so amazing and we socialized while we waited for our turn at the pasta machine. The time flew by the instructor was funny, knowledgeable, and warm! Absolutely loved it!

Marino was delightful, personable, supportive, skilled, kept on task and made us feel like pros! Her instructions were clear and easy to follow. She allowed us to prepare on our own and was eager to assist when asked. We two were definitely not the best in the class and she was positive and encouraged us on. Our pasta cooked up well and was delicious. We enjoyed the class and are ready to try another one as well as to recommend to friends. A fun experience!! Anthony & Sandi deVeau

Pia was great! She was very engaging, easy to follow, and fun. She had everything ready for us. We did have to wait a while to use the pasta machine since there were only 4 for the whole group, and we also had to wait for our turn to have our pasta cooked... By the time we were eating, there were only 2 people left. :/ I would have liked the eating to be a little more of a shared experience.
