We had a great time learning to make dumplings. It was a great way to spend time with our daughter and son-in-law, and to learn something we've never learned before. Chef Hadiya did a great job making it simple, interesting and fun. and the dumplings were delicious to boot!

Hadiya was a great teacher. Very thorough, good explanations. Positive attitude. Patient and kind. Things were a bit chaotic at the cooking point and sauce making but everyone got it done and munched away happily. Delicious.
