The class was just what I was hoping for. Chef Hidaya was a great speaker, gave easy to follow, detailed instructions and led us to delicious dumplings I would be proud to serve anyone. It was a fun evening.

We had such a nice evening learning how to make pasta with Chef Hadiya. She is a natural teacher and made learning fun!! Our ravioli was delicious, and we look forward to trying it at home. Would highly recommend.
