Chef Hadiya has worked in many kitchens across Colorado and even Alaska, giving her the chance to learn many skills and techniques. Born and raised in Colorado, Chef Hadiya’s passion extends beyond the kitchen. She’s an avid music and dance aficionado who cherishes spending time with her daughter and exploring the beauty of her home state.

One of the best experiences that I have had. Had no clue how easy it was to make Ricotta Ravioli. Chef Hadiya was very clear on instructions and assisted when needed. Loved every minute of it. Hopefully I can experience another handmade cooking moment under Chef Hadiya again. It was definitely a night to rememember.

The handmade Ricotta ravioli experience with Chef Hadiya was an incredible experience. The chef was very clear, knowledgeable and friendly. The ravioli itself was delicious, I would suggest a white sauce or pesto sauce to complement the pasta. The marinara sauce doesn’t have enough time to cook.

This class was fantastic! My boyfriend and I haven't been to many cooking classes before and found this to be a great intro one to follow along. Hadiya made the class engaging and fun. We look forward to trying another one of her classes again soon.

We had such a great time during the dumpling making class with Chef Hadiya, highly recommend!! You'll learn how to make everything from the dough to the filling to how to cook them to perfection. Great for a date night or group of friends!
