Her passion for cooking began at an early age, learning alongside her mother, who was both a caterer and a nurse. Those early experiences inspired Kate to further develop her skills through culinary training and work in professional kitchens.
While she specializes in vegetarian cuisine, Kate enjoys exploring the flavors and techniques of cuisines from around the world. She loves sharing her passion for cooking with both children and adults through engaging, hands-on classes, camps, and workshops.
