so much fun, wonderful instructor

My partner and I had a wonderful experience with Chef Maria Lorenzo. She was kind, thorough, and well prepared for our macaron baking class. We loved the class so much, we’ve taken it twice now with her both times! We especially loved the ability to be creative, understand what “good/better/best” looks like, and loved the stories she had as a pastry chef which tied everything together for us. We both went home with full boxes of cute cookies and full hearts. We loved this class and highly recommend Chef Maria for any level of experience baking macarons!

I booked this on a whim for my 12-year-old daughter and me, not expecting much—but we ended up having an absolute blast. The instructor was phenomenal: incredibly engaging, well-prepared, and very knowledgeable. She managed all 13 of us effortlessly, creating an atmosphere that was both fun and relaxed. Best of all, the treats we made were delicious. We’d definitely do this again—especially with the same instructor!
