
Chef Mike has been cooking for his entire life. He began his adult journey by enlisting in the United States Marine Corps, where he chose to serve as a cook. During his time in the Corps, he participated in numerous combat-related missions and traveled around the world preparing meals for his fellow Marines. Toward the end of his 11-year career, he was selected for continuing education at The Culinary Institute of America. After leaving the Corps to pursue his dream of becoming a true chef, Chef Mike has worked extensively in various areas of the culinary arts. He founded a successful catering company and has served as a senior director of dining at several high-profile venues. His passion lies in teaching others through interactive instruction, all while ensuring a fun and engaging learning experience.
