Chef jasmine was great;we are happy overall with the experience. I will say the class did start a tad later than I believe needed making for a late evening. If this had been our dinner we would’ve been hungry by the 9:30 meal. Something fun could also be done to take away your foods I had to ask the hotel waiter for boxes and felt bad when others asked after me. It’s not their job.
