
Chef Kassidy has been a working chef for more than 10 years, working in a wide
variety of cuisines including: East Asian, Italian, Southern Comfort, Spanish Tapas and many
more. She specializes in New American cuisine as well as fermentation. While she excels at
cooking and recipe writing, her true passion is teaching people to cook with an “Anyone can
cook” approach, courtesy of the many chef’s that have trained her along the way.
