Kathryn turned out her first batch of Toll House™ cookies when she was ten years old and has been an avid cook ever since. Her professional background is in marketing and communications, but has always loved cooking and experimenting on her own. She firmly believes that cooking is a skill that anyone can learn and looks forward to teaching you!

This was an amazing class! I really learned step by step how to make cream puff pastry/savory pastry. Kathryn did an excellent job, and was very nice to talk with while we baked. I will definitely be attending any additional classes she has to offer for cooking/baking. It was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

It was a lovely welcoming experience for beginners and people who are already experienced in cooking. My girlfriend and I enjoyed it very much as a date night. Not only was the pizza great, but so was Kathryn! She was a amazing host and kept the conversation going while still keeping instructions nice and simple. 10/10 recommend!
