Chef Rich is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, and has spent the past 30 years honing his skills throughout the East Coast and Southern United States. He attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, where he earned a degree in Culinary Arts and has a B.S. in Food Services Management. Chef Rich was a wonderful host and teacher. He is very knowledgeable about culinary history and techniques. His classes are very intimate, which allows for a more personal experience.
What I loved most is how effective his teaching is. I have learned a new skill: making gnocchi and tomato basil sauce. I also learned some valuable information and techniques. All around, it was just a really good time!
I highly recommend his classes. I am already looking forward to bringing people with me next time!

We had a great time! It was our first professional cooking class, and Chef Rich was on point. Not only did he teach us how to make the dish we were there for, he also gave us tips we can use to mix it up. He explained the "why" of things, not just how. We will definitely be back!

Our experience with Chef Rich was fantastic. We appreciated all the new tips we learned while making our own pasta and sauce. However, we will not be able to go back to buying box pasta again! This homemade pasta was delicious!

Really fun experience, Rich explained everything perfectly and helped out every bit he could. Offered drinks throughout the class and was very entertaining. Will definitely recommend if looking for any cooking class!
