I really enjoyed Chef Virgo's personality, he made the class so fun and personable. He even walked us to our car after the event to make sure we arrived safely. My only critique has nothing to do with the chef but more so the materials provided. For the price, I was surprised we were using plastic utensils and plastic bowls. Eating is just as much about the eyes as it is the taste buds. Also, the ingredients should be higher quality for example fresh parmesan rather than canned, considering the price point. Overall, it was a really fun experience. These small details would help elevate the experience and justify the price point.

Chef Virgo was an amazing instructor! He made the class super comfortable and fun! His instructions were super easy to follow and he helped anyone that was struggling! This was our first time doing a cooking class and it was awesome! Our pasta was delicious and he even brought garlic bread to go with it! We will definitely be doing another class soon!
