He has extensive experience in food management, food preparation, safe handling procedures, meal planning, banquet and catering. He owned and operated a pasta and pork store and was a head chef and catering manager for multiple operations.

It was a fantastic time. We got shown how to do it before making it ourselves, being guided (and helped if requested) every step of the way. The experienced staff was a lot of fun and incredibly hospitable. At the end, we got to eat the food Chef Anthony made and it was nothing short of incredible. I’d love to do more events and activities like this.
