Chef Brian started his culinary journey working in pizzerias early in life in Queens, New York. With a love for pizza and passion for cooking, he attended the New York Food and Hotel Management School in N.Y.C. After graduating, he was offered the opportunity to spearhead the start-up of a gourmet pizzeria in N.Y.C. Chef Brian has worked in hotels, restaurants, corporate dining, and taught hands-on cooking in adult community education. Chef Brian is currently the chef for a renowned upscale deli and caterer on Long Island N.Y where he lives; He is married, has two children, and of course makes pizza regularly!

Chef Brian did an excellent job of showing us techniques, while sharing tips and interesting background info. My only suggestion to improve the experience is perhaps to give him a mic to compensate for background noise when sharing space with other parties.
