Chef Michael was great but the room wasn't prepared or equipped enough for the class. The electrical outlets were not working properly therefore not enough pots to cook the food in. Our food wasn't cooked until almost 9:30 pm. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the food. The recipe provided is not what we had cooked and it doesn't give the directions. Each person should have their own pile to create, not share.
