My name is Adrianna and I have been in the Food Service Industry for almost 10 years now, though food has been a passion of mine since I was a child. I grew up watching my Italian great grandmother make classic dishes that she learned back in Sicily. From that very young age I knew that cooking was going to be my biggest passion in life. I went to a technical high school for culinary arts and then went onto attend Johnson & Wales University, the best culinary university in the country to hone my skills as a chef. I have had every position in the industry from dishwasher to head chef. But I quickly found that my true calling was teaching and inspiring others to see beauty that cooking can bring. I truly hope that I can inspire you to see that cooking from scratch can be a fun and easy process that you can share with your loved ones.

I loved every minute of the class. We were taught several recipes and different pasta styles. I can’t wait to take another class!

She made class fun and interesting. She knew what she was doing and in turn showed us how to make amazing pasta. Only thing is the class is so far. Other than that I loved it

chef was sweet and helpful, food was simple and easy to follow. felt very comfortable. wish there was maybe another pot to boil the pasta, but not a long wait.
