Chef Cregg is a southern California based Chef & food stylist with years of professional culinary experience. Chef Cregg has been featured in various Food Network competitions and along with commercial and television clients, he has also done extensive work in print and packaging for publications and companies he has been the principal food stylist for over 20+ cooks books in addition to working at Michelin star restaurants and 4 star hotels and bouquet catering companies in San Francisco.

Chef was great and the lessons were very helpful! The food was absolutely delicious at the end and brought a sense of accomplishment. However, te class felt overbooked, it was hard to ask questions. Additionally, the class was listed as 6 - 8:30 but actually lasted until after 10PM. Don’t know if this was due to the large group. Atmosphere, knowledge of the chef, and energy was great!

Chef Gregg was an incredible teacher. He was knowledgeable, detailed, engaging, and friendly. His studio was very welcoming. The ravioli he taught us to make turned out very well and we really enjoyed it. It would have been nice if there were more chairs, as the class turned out to be over 4 hours instead of the advertised 2 hours. Maybe this was a glitch in the system? We were hungry, but the class was a lot of fun and we highly recommend Chef Greg for future events.

Really fun and informative class, my team had a great time! The venue was nice and the kitchen was really good and we had plenty of space to cook. Chef Craig was great and funny. Would have been great if the chef had a mic as it was sometimes a little hard to hear, and also the class ran way over - we did start very late and likely lost some time during the class but it seems like it would be way longer than 2.5 hours. Overall this was a great experience and my team want to do it again at some point!

Fantastic class! My husband and I went with my sister-in-law to celebrate my brother-in-law’s bday! The four of us had an amazing time learning the science and ingredient base behind delicious sushi making as well as the many techniques to making delicious sushi pieces! We really enjoyed eating our way through class and exploring the many flavors and seasonings. Chef Cregg was also great at teaching for many people’s learning styles and kept the class engaging and fun! Would definitely do another class with him. Thanks again for a fabulous time!
