On top of that, he’s so fun and engaging, which made the class feel relaxed and exciting rather than intimidating. My husband and I loved every minute of it, and the food was absolutely delicious. We left full, happy, and inspired to cook Pad Thai at home. Enjoyed a wonderful night with Chef Victor teaching us the intricacies of cooking Paella. It turned out delicious. So much fun. Will definitely look into other classes with Chef Victor. Highly recommend
