His love for cooking and travel has brought him across many different types of cuisine in which he has had an opportunity to learn and love. He currently owns a catering and operates multiple Pop-Ups right here in the city he is from.

Chef Dave made this experience fun and informative. He created a welcoming and supportive environment to learn and come together as a group. Parking was provided by the venue (The Live Hotel) in a gated lot across the street. This was great since there was no street parking available. Would be helpful to add parking instructions to the pre-event information. Highly recommend this experience and we all loved Chef Dave!

Chef Dave was so amazing and such a fun teacher! It was a great environment and felt like a friend’s dinner party. The empanadas were incredible! We will absolutely make them ourselves again. And we want to take more classes with Chef Dave!
