Chef Jill is a French-Filipina chef who has more than 10years experience in cuisine & pastry. She has travelled and lived in different countries in Asia & Europe which greatly influenced her unique approach to pastry & the combination of flavors she applies to create exceptional pastries & dishes. She has learned & trained in prestigious schools in Paris such as the Ritz-Escoffier, Le Nôtre, & Le Cordon Bleu. She has also recently worked at the Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles. Her passion for culinary & arts, with her unique experiences will transport you to the discovery of flavors and the pure joy of learning while having fun. As they say in French “la joie de vivre”.

Had a great time! Chef Jill and her assistant were super sweet! The macaroons were yummy! Now I can make them at home!!
