She has travelled and lived in different countries in Asia & Europe which greatly influenced her unique approach to pastry & the combination of flavors she applies to create exceptional pastries & dishes. She has learned & trained in prestigious schools in Paris such as the Ritz-Escoffier, Le Nôtre, & Le Cordon Bleu. She has also recently worked at the Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles.
