She has worked at a variety of bakeries and restaurants in the Los Angeles area where she has practiced and honed her cooking and pastry skills. She has also taught private classes (health focused) to children and adults at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village.

It was a very delightful evening! Not only could we sip wine from the bar, but Joanna's calm and informative presentation was a good learning experience. I can't wait to try the recipe myself. I would recommend this for anyone and rhe class also had a very interesting group of people. Delicious and enjoyable!

Had great time at Chinese dumplings class. Chef Joanna and Connor were both very nice and helpful. There was a lot of dumplings that we made so I ate at the end of the class and took a lot home as well
