Marina was very pleasant and helpful! The room was small and quite loud when all the blenders were on but I still learned a lot on this first batch! The kitchen was at the back part of the building but we all waited in the front - signage would have helped. Also a general welcome and introduction would have been appreciated. Marina did know her macrons though!

Marina was sweet, knowledgeable and encouraging. She is a great teacher who is passionate about what she does. As far as the structure of the class overall, I would have loved a little more explanation for each step.

Our instructor, Marina was very attentive and gave a lot of additional tips during the class. As a first-time macaron baker, it was easy to follow the instructions, and was very happy with the result. Would recommend it to anyone curious about how macarons are made.
