Chef Monica was incredible! She was very attentive, engaging, and clear with instructions. Our macarons turned out amazing with her guidance and the class was a blast! I definitely recommend her and her class :)

Loved the class and Monica made you feel very comfortable trying something new. My only suggestion would be to limit class size. There were too many people in it and she had to bake cookies in shifts which left half the class with nothing to do.

Chef Monica made this class a lot of fun and easy to understand! I was nervous because I've heard French Macarons are very hard to make. But she made sure we understood every step and they turned out beautifully! My husband and I will be making these together for many years to come and we have Chef Monica to thank. She is also very funny and down-to-earth, the best combination!
