Chef Nick was born in Virginia and has cooked up and down the East Coast.
He attended the International Culinary Center in New York City and is trained in French, Spanish, Italian and various other cuisines. In 2019, he moved to the West Coast to further expand his techniques.
Having worked in multiple fine-dining institutions, Chef Nick has a wide breadth of knowledge to share to those seeking to learn. He understands the techniques and loves nothing more than to share his learnings with others.
