Class was fun and informative, but not as hands-on as I wanted. I thought we'd also be making the filling, but we did not.

The only thing I would add is if he can emphasize to have clean hands before starting and where the bathroom is to wash hands🙏

I took a friend for her birthday and it was so much fun. When we arrived, everything was set up. We had a cocktail at the bar then the chef came over and checked us in. We watched a demo and off to work we went. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone at any level and I will definitely be back for another one.

We enjoyed it! The ravioli and sauce tasted great. We only got 3 pieces of ravioli each so just a heads up that it’s more about the pasta making!
