Great receipe easy to make and an excellent instructor, very kind, professional and patient. This was an excellent cooking class and I cannot wait to take another one.

Chef Veronica's culinary expertise is very evident in the way she teaches this class. It as a wonderful experience, great fun and the Gnocchi was amazing. The recipe was easy to duplicate and authentic. She shared many tips to help develop our cooking skills in the kitchen. I highly recommend this class as well as any class that she is teaching. Chef Veronica was awesome! She very clearly explained what we were going to do and gave us a demonstration so we knew what would happen. She suggested different ways to eat the gnocchi and different types of sauces. She checked on us quite often in case we had questions. She’s also very funny! It was a really fun experience! I would’ve enjoyed it even without having my friends there. It was good to meet new people and they were very nice. The place was easy to find, roomy and the restrooms were clean. Great experience! I hope to attend another class soon.

I would’ve clicked on 10 stars if there were any. My husband and I absolutely loved the way Chef Veronica explained and made it look so simple. Looking forward for the next class!

What a fun experience with Chef Veronica. She was amazing. Great chef and teacher. We enjoyed how simple it was to learn how to make gnocchi and she made it interesting with the history and background of the recipe. Would highly recommend this experience.
