Loved the paella! Instructions from Chef Vic were clear and interactions with the class was fun. We opted to cook ours without the chorizo (pork) and the shrimp, just with the chicken. Delicious! Great date night with my husband to celebrate his birthday. Thanks, Chef!!!

Had a great time in this class! Chef Vic was very knowledgeable and fun, and I learned a lot of great tips for cooking in general, not just pad thai. But the pad thai was super delicious and fairly straightforward to prepare, and I appreciated his focus on “pure” ingredients. It really made a difference. Would definitely recommend!
