We had an awesome time at our dumpling making class! Chef Vic was a great instructor and was engaging, lively, and very easy to follow. We learned skills that we can take home and use in our own kitchen.Our dumplings were delicious!

We had the best time! Chef Vic was made it so easy to understand and execute when we made our own. If we struggled, he was right there to help. We brought some sake and beer as well. Super fun! Highly recommend.

This was such a fun experience. We brought another couple with us and it was so much better than just going to dinner. Chef Vic was careful to show all the steps and to help out where needed. It really was a terrific evening! We will be doing it again
