Chef was kind, funny , and professional. He carefully demonstrated each step and answered all the questions raised by students . The group was very friendly and helpful and the setting was also nice . The Spanish Paella we cooked was super delicious.This is our first cooking class and truly exceeded our expectations and enjoyed !!

My husband and I attended the sushi experience and it was a lot of fun as well as very informational. Chef Vic makes it so easy to follow directions and helped as needed without judgement. I definitely recommend it to anyone trying to learn how to make rolls

Chef Vic was very helpful and always open to question even if it wasn’t about the specific dumplings we were making. We were able to practice as much as we wanted and he let us learn for ourselves with guidance to improve. Super awesome would do it again!
