Chef Vic was very helpful and always open to question even if it wasn’t about the specific dumplings we were making. We were able to practice as much as we wanted and he let us learn for ourselves with guidance to improve. Super awesome would do it again!

Chef Vic was extremely nice and helpful throughout the lesson. He gave us opportunities to ask questions, even unrelated to the dumplings but to any cooking question we had too. This was generous because we learned that he has two Michelin stars and I don’t know how to cook much. I will be booking another class in the future.
